Insurance, Payments & Appointment Guidelines

We want every patient to feel informed, confident, and prepared when receiving care at Holley Dental Group. Below you’ll find important information about our insurance guidelines, financial policies, and cancellation procedures. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Providing advance notice helps us offer appointment times to other patients who may be waiting for care. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Insurance Information

Dental insurance works differently than medical insurance, and many patients are not familiar with the specifics of their coverage. Dental benefits are based on the agreement your employer establishes with your insurance carrier, which determines what procedures are covered and at what percentage.

To help you understand your coverage:

  • Please review the insurance benefit booklet provided by your employer.

  • The patient portion for treatment varies depending on your specific plan.

  • Our office will provide an estimated insurance contribution based on the information your carrier shares with us.

Please note that insurance estimates are not guaranteed. As a courtesy, we will file your dental claims for you; however, this does not transfer financial responsibility to your insurance company. If the actual insurance payment differs from the estimate, you will either receive a bill for the remaining balance or a credit if an overpayment occurs.

If you have questions about coverage, payment options, or our financial policies, please contact our office prior to treatment—we’re here to help guide you through the process.

Financing Options

To make dental treatment more accessible, we are pleased to offer CareCredit® to our patients. CareCredit allows you to begin treatment right away and pay over time with low monthly payments designed to fit your budget.
